We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. The Moon is my Calendar is the data controller that is based in Northern California, USA.

ORDER & ACCOUNT EMAILS

We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

  • Your order has shipped

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages.

We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.

PCI-DSS compliance is a security standard for companies and organizations that handle payment information from consumers. Both of Squarespace’s payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, are PCI compliant.

All of Squarespace's built-in Commerce tools are compliant. Sensitive card data is never handled by Squarespace. It goes directly to the payment processor’s servers; Squarespace doesn’t have access to this information.

Orders and Payments

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Other Payment Providers 

We may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy notice. 

This information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way from the Squarespace shop Stripe and Paypal and/or to Thrivecart, Shipstation, and Shippirate. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
