Although we print in the United States, because of supply issues worldwide we are not able to guarantee delivery dates. Please understand that all orders will be shipped as timely as possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Orders and Payments

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Payment Providers 

For paid products and/or services we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy notice. 

This information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way from the Squarespace shop to Stripe, Thrivecart, ShipPirate and/or Paypal. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation requests on non-digital items received prior to shipment will be honored with full refund.

Cancellation requests received after shipment require that the buyer pay for the return shipment. Upon receipt of goods, and if they are in original condition, buyer will be refunded minus 25% restocking fee. Non-cancellation refunds will be honored only when product received is damaged or the wrong item is received.

We do not accept returns based on lack of reading descriptions in full.

Due to the experiential nature of digital products, digital goods including downloadable files, membership portals and online courses are not refundable. Please make sure you are informed and ready to commit before purchasing.

Shipping

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs. Orders may have to be received at your local post or customs office if import taxes are due. Please take into account the possibility of these charges prior to placing your order.

If we receive a returned international package due to import taxes not being paid and you choose to not have your order reshipped we will only issue store credit and depending on the size and length of time it took to return to us you may be subject to no store credit or a restocking fee deducted from your store credit.

Please understand that once your order ships we are no longer in control of what happens to your items, and any claims will need to be made with the Postal Service.

If you suspect an item has been stolen from your mailbox please file a postal theft report with your local authorities.

If the package should arrive as a return to us, we will gladly notify you and reship your order.

Online Courses and memberships

If and when the term ‘lifetime’ is referred to in any marketing materials, website or software, the definition of ‘lifetime’ should be understood as the lifetime of the software platform in its current version. In other words, while it can typically be expected that updates to the platform are often free, certain upgrades may require additional purchases to access. We reserve the right to alter the pricing structure for access to the platform at any time. Online courses are available for up to 3 months after the official end date of the course, however online courses may be retired at our discretion after the material has been delivered.

Upon any membership registration, you will receive a password. This password should only be used by you. Your password cannot be transferred or shared with others.

Changes to these Policies

We may change these policies from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or get your consent on the new policy.
