2025 Agreement Terms

Overview

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate with THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow sharing discount codes on your website/blog/email//social media and the themoonismycalendar.com website for the purpose of promoting the 2025 New Moon Calendars with your community and followers thereby receiving a commission on sales.

1. Eligibility for the Affiliate Program

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must be invited by request and set up an account on Peaches that links with THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR Squarespace shop.

THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any application for membership in the Affiliate Program for any reason. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old in order to participate in the Affiliate Program.

2. Commissions

You will receive a link through Peaches to create a unique code for 20% commission good through December 31st in the shop: themoonismycalendar.com/new-products. For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must use your unique code and complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions are not issued for purchases made by the Affiliate using their own code.

Commission payments will be paid through Peaches via electronic payment. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees associated with accepting payments, including but not limited to currency conversion fees and transaction fees. You agree to be responsible for any and all tax liabilities, including, without limitation, income tax liabilities, that arise from or in any way relate to any commissions paid out to you by THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR.

A Form 1099 will be issued if the total payments your receive within the calendar year are equal to or greater than $600. You will be asked to completed Form W-8 or Form W-9 if you reach this amount.

3. Marketing

Share your enthusiasm and why you think others might benefit from these moon calendars (some sample text at bottom of page)! Affiliates can use their own images or ones below to share in promotional emails and posts with the qualities of connection, care, clarity, and creativity in mind. Affiliates may use personal stories and content that shows the benefits of working with the moon and this calendar in a way that is educational and based on personal experience. Affiliates may not make false claims about promised results. In all promotional materials and posts, check to make sure you are not coming from a place of scarcity mindset.

Affiliates must share a disclosure or disclaimer to inform their audience about their relationship with the product being publicly recommended. Here are some simple examples of possible language:

“If you use this code I may earn a commission. Thank you for supporting small businesses!” or “I only recommend products I would use myself and all opinions expressed here are my own. This post may contain affiliate links that at no additional cost to you, I may earn a small commission.” or “I receive a commission for purchases made through links in this post.”

You may choose to post to online to promote this year’s moon calendars so long as the site or group specifically welcomes commercial messages or promotions (as in facebook groups). At all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your websites as independent from THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR.

You may not engage in any of the following marketing activities and represent and warrant that your marketing practices do not violate any of these restrictions:

  • Affiliates shall not make any false or misleading statements with respect to the Affiliate Program, THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR, its customers or its services.

  • Affiliates shall not create websites or advertisements that copy, imitate, or resemble the look and feel of THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR. Affiliates shall not copy THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR’s website or any portions thereof, including, without limitation, any trademarks or other intellectual property, and display them on their own site or subdomain or use them in any way without our written consent.

  • Affiliates shall not offer cash back, coupons, rewards or other incentives as part of their marketing efforts for the Affiliate Program.

  • Affiliates shall not engage in any marketing activity that may harm the reputation or credibility of THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR, including using low-quality marketing materials, or advertising on any website that is not in alignment with THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR’s values and vision. This includes sites that are discriminatory in any way, or violates the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

  • Affiliates shall make clear that they, not THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR, are the sender of all marketing communications related to the promotion.

  • Affiliates shall not engage in any marketing or promotional activities that violate applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

4. Confidentiality

All confidential information, including, but not limited to, any business, technical, financial, and customer information, disclosed by one party to the other during the term of this Agreement, will remain the sole property of the disclosing party, and each party will keep in confidence and not use or disclose such proprietary information of the other party without express written permission of the disclosing party.

5. Release and Authorization to Use Photographs

You grant THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR permission to use any and all photographs submitted by you in any media (including, but not limited to, print, internet, film, television and no matter how distributed or published, including tagged images on social media) for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promoting, and marketing of any product or service sold and marketed by THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR.

6. Relationship between you and THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR

Neither these Terms of Service nor your participation in the Affiliate Program creates any employment, independent contractor, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR. That being said, we consider you a beloved part of this community and appreciate your participation.

7. Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement in writing at any point for any reason.

Changes to the Terms of Service

THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR may review and update these Terms of Service at any time in our sole discretion and it is your responsibility to keep abreast of those changes. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes which are binding on you, so please check this webpage periodically for updates.
