it’s time to repair our relationship with the cyclical nature of life

WELCOME

The vision of THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR is to shift the tides to attune to lunar time and repair our connection with inner and outer cycles to live in more harmony with life's cyclical nature.

It’s difficult to have an awareness of cycles when we live in a world that follows a calendar that has no reference to the nature of time.

The linear calendar model sets up a framework that suggests constant productivity, potentially leading to burn-out and the reinforcing the illusion that life is a straight line of exponential growth.

This has created such a rupture in our consciousness and human connection with nature to not experience time as an expression of cycles. The moon helps us remember this sacred relationship.

Growth is a cycle of beginnings, middles, and ends - this calendar supports connecting with this cyclical pattern for ongoing renewal

Lunar tracking establishes a connection between our inner landscape and the outer seasons and helps us develop a greater awareness of subtle shifts in energy.

Following the phases of the moon helps us be in-season with ourselves and create more coherence by paying attention to where the moon is and where you are at different times in the cycle.

Day by day, phase by phase, cycle after cycle.

Tracking with the shifting tides of the moon helpS TO cultivate more steadiness through all the PHASES OF our lives

THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR was born in the nest of the new moon gatherings that began in 2008 during the early days of motherhood. The seeds of this practice came from the desire to connect more deeply with inner and outer cycles, to know ourselves in relationship with the earth and the cosmos, and to feel supported during the subtle and substantial shifts in our lives.

It soon became clear that the benefits of this tool and practice were meant to reach far beyond their living rooms, and so THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR was born.

The first New Moon Calendar Journal was self-published on the Winter Solstice of 2014 and has grown exponentially from there.

It has helped thousands of incredible people like you connect with their physical, emotional, spiritual, and creative selves within the context of the lunar cycle

The tools and creative practices we offer are designed to help you discover how the rhythm of the moon can guide you to see old habits and patterns more clearly. This awareness supports shifts away from burn-out and reactivity, and towards radiance and authentic self-expression to live with more ease and joy.

The moon is a brilliant teacher who reminds us that each stage of the process of unfolding is necessary and has value. When you bring your awareness to natural cycles and those of your own body, you begin to see connections, patterns, and potential.

May the practice of connecting with the moon help us attune to the wisdom of cycles for healing on this beautiful Earth!
